The County Archives Advisory Group (CAAG) provides a channel of communication between District Councils and the County on issues relating to the Public Records and Archives Service as well as a forum for discussion of common problems.

- the main Archives Service Policy, containing the mission statement and policy objectives, adopted by Cambridgeshire County Council in January 1995
