The Whitney Collection of prints and negatives, taken by the Huntingdon firm of photographers Maddison and Hinde, is the most significant photographic collection held at Huntingdonshire Archives. It includes photographs of many Huntingdonshire places, buildings, events and people, from the late 19th century to the 1930s.
Thanks to the Goodliff Fund of the Huntingdonshire Local History Society, we are gradually cataloguing and digitising the entire collection.
