Artsmark is a national award scheme managed by Arts Council England that recognises schools with a high level of provision in the arts.
An Artsmark is awarded to schools who show a commitment to the full range of arts - music, dance, drama and art & design.
The award scheme is open to all schools in England, primary, secondary, special schools and pupil referral units, both maintained and independent and is awarded after an application, assessment and validation process.
Schools can apply for one of three levels - Artsmark, Artsmark Silver or Artsmark Gold in November of each year. Criteria for each level are detailed in the application form and guidance materials.
Application forms and guidance materials for the new round are available now from the link on the right.
