Display posters and leaflets
Posters and leaflets can be displayed in libraries providing they meet the required guidelines. Read the full display guidelines.pdf (17Kb) .
There are charges for the display of commercial material in some libraries, please ask staff for details.

Charges are for single-sided photocopies and printouts. Double-sided copies will be charged at double the rate.
Costs include microfilm printing where applicable.
All libraries have printing facilities from their public computers. However, printing is currently not available if you are logged in via our wi-fi network.

Reservation and inter-library loan
All items from Cambridgeshire Libraries' stock can be reserved for free.
Any items requested from other authorities' libraries (inter-library loan) will be charged at £5 each. Please note that this charge still applies for uncollected items.

Lost or damaged library items
Full replacement costs are charged on borrowed items which are lost or damaged beyond repair. For materials which are out of print or no longer obtainable, standard charges are applied.
Please note that parents are not charged for books damaged by children under the age of five years. This applies only to under-fives material - board and picture books, rhyme collections etc. and not adult books.
