Concessions for people who have difficulty using books

If you are unable to use books because of a visual impairment, dyslexia or other conditions you can be registered for concessions. To claim concessions please take any one of these documents to your library: BD8 or CVI (Certificate of Visual Impairment), a doctor's or optician's certificate or a letter from your social worker confirming your difficulty or condition.
