What happens if the mobile doesn't arrive?
If there is a problem with any of our vehicles we make every effort to inform customers of any breakdown in service by telephoning the people who are our designated contacts for the relevant route.
If the mobile does not arrive when expected and you have not had any warning please telephone the contact centre where our staff will have the latest information
Tel: 0345 045 5225
In the event of a missed visit, whether scheduled or accidental, all items borrowed will be renewed for a further loan period
Can I ask for a mobile library to visit my village or home?
If your village, residential home or sheltered housing is not already visited please contact

Tel: 01223 718356 (you may leave a message at this number if no-one can take your call)
We are happy to try and arrange for a mobile to call provided that we can establish that there will be a minimum of 4 regular users at a venue
In the case of public mobile stops any new stop would have to be more than half a mile from an existing stop, and more than 2 miles from any branch library.
