Answer:

All public mobile libraries use the electronic library management system 

You can request books and other items: 

 - using your library membership card

 - in person at any library

 - by telephone to our contact centre - 0845 045 5225
 
The special mobile libraries serving residential homes and sheltered housing do not use the electronic library management system

You can request books and other items: 
 - in person on your library mobile van

 - by telephone to our contact centre - 0845 045 5225 please be ready to tell staff both your name and the name of your mobile library stop
