Question:

How are children's books arranged in the library?

Answer:

In our libraries the children's books are arranged in sections

Information books (non-fiction)
These are arranged in subject order and have coloured stickers and number labels on the back of the books.  Each colour corresponds to a general subject and each number to a particular topic.  There is a list of all the subject numbers and colour codes in each library

On the library catalogue the number codes are listed with the letter J in front to show that these are junior books e.g. J560
