To contact the library service, you can do any of the following:
- Write to us by filling in the online form
- Send a letter to the address on the right-hand side
- Telephone 0345 045 5225
(lines open 8am-8pm, Mon-Fri and 9am-1pm on Sat). All calls are initially dealt with by Cambridgeshire Direct, the County Council's contact centre
- Text the name of your library to 07781 481111 for instant details of your library opening hours
- Text us any question on 07781 481111 and we'll seek to answer it as soon as we can (standard hours of service 9am - 5pm, Mon-Fri)
- Texts will be charged at the usual network provider rate
