Cambridgeshire Libraries has many rooms available for hire. If you are looking to hold an event or activity, appointment with a client, private study session, exhibition or workshop, why not book a room with us?

Rooms and charges

  • use of venues outside library opening hours (where available) may incur a surcharge
  • all equipment hire is included in the hourly meeting room rate at Central Library, Cambridge.
  • for all other libraries you can hire a data projector for £10 per booking and/or flip chart stand and pens for £2 per booking
