Milton Road, Huntingdon, St Ives, St Neots, March, Wisbech and Ely Libraries hold:  

- Full Cambridgeshire County Council minutes, committee proceedings, reports 
- Local District/ City and Parish minutes and publications 
- Local health and utility authority reports 
- Planning applications 
- Police and Fire Authority reports 
- Information on local and county services

These are kept for a year, and archive collections are held in the major local collections

 - Cambridgeshire County Council main meetings and selected publications (plus Education Committee) 
- District and Parish minutes and publications 
- Information on local and county services These are kept for the last three meetings
