Large meeting room - during open hours
Commercial -  £11.00 per hour
Community Groups - £4.50 per hour

Interview/small room - during open hours
Commercial -  £6.60 per hour
Community Groups - £2.20 per hour

Hire of all rooms outside library opening hours (where available) will be charged at £15

Equipment Hire
Where available the following equipment may be hired with the room
Data Projector - £20.00 per booking
OHP  - £6.00 per booking
Flip Chart stand and pens  -  £5.00 per booking
 
Please note
 - there is no reduction for frequent use
 - VAT is not charged on room hire
 - payment will be requested by monthly invoice and will include hire of room and equipment costs
 - minimum charge per invoice £10
