Do I need to book computers in advance?

Answer:

No, it's not necessary to book in advance but you may choose to do so.  Please be aware that we cannot always guarantee that a machine will be available for you to use if you do not book ahead

All our libraries* use a system called 'Netloan' to enable you to book computers in advance.  You can do this by telephone - 0845 045 5225, from a PC within the library or online from home using this link

If you do book ahead please be sure to arrive within 10 minutes of the start of your chosen time, after this time the booking will be cancelled automatically

Usage of library PCs is limited to 1 hour per customer per day in most circumstances

*Computers in Learning Centres and Library Access Points cannot be booked in this way
