There are 3 ways to join the library:

 - Fill in a joining form at any library
 
 - Telephone 0845 045 5225 (lines open 8am - 8pm, Mon - Sat) and give them your details
 
 - Click here for the online library joining form 

If you join online or by phone please allow two working days for the form to be processed, then visit any library in the county to collect a library card

What details will I need to give?

 - Name and address - you will need to show library staff evidence of your identity. Click here for details of proof of identity

 - date of birth

 - email address (optional) - if you supply your email address we will use it to let you know about
      . book loans that will soon be overdue
      . overdue loans for which you now owe money
      . requests that are ready to collect
