Provided that library items are renewed before 11:59 pm on the day of return you will not accrue fines

Occasionally traffic to and from the County Council network is subject to a delay and as such you will find that you have been erroneously fined

If you feel that you have been unfairly charged for an item that was renewed within the loan period please let us know so that we can take appropriate action

Using the online library catalogue will ensure that you are not subject to delays of any kind since all renewals take place in 'real time'
