Renewing library loans
- Library loans may be renewed provided that no-one else has asked for them
- Books may be renewed up to three times
- Hired items such as CDs, DVDs and videos can also be renewed up to three times. Each renewal will incur an additional borrowing charge
How to renew

Online
- you will need your library card number and PIN

By phone - call our 24-hour renewal system on 0345 045 5225. Please have your library card number and PIN with you when you call

In person - you can renew your books at any library; you don't need to have the books with you but please take your library membership card
