Question:
Why do I get "page cannot be displayed" when I "proceed to pay"?
Answer:
This is caused by your Internet Explorer browser options and can be resolved by adjusting your security settings.
To do this click on Tools -> Internet Options
Switch to the "Advanced" tab and scroll down to "security".
To allow the security measures to work, you will need to tick the box associated with either "Use SSL3.0" or "Use TLS1"
