Worried about an adult's welfare?

Answer:

If you are worried about an adult's welfare, a vulnerable adult or a victim of domestic violence you should always act. 

There are a number of things you could do:

  • If they are in immediate danger;
    ask the police to protect the person.
  • If they have been injured call an ambulance to treat them.
  • Talk to social care services or to the Police about your concerns - use the numbers below.
  • Make a note of your concerns, what has happened, and any action you have taken.
