• Links with Connexions and the NextStep Adult Guidance Service
• Social Care Career mapping - what qualifications you might need, what routes to take to progress
• Locally focussed career materials - see the link to Role Profiles
• Building stronger relationships with schools and colleges by preparing for the introduction of the new specialized diploma in Health, Society and Development which will be launched in 2008.
