A half day course for care workers and support staff to induct/refresh on basic principles of Adult Safeguarding.
Professional Responsibilities course (167Kb)
A one day course for front line staff including managers and professionals who need an in depth introduction to adult safeguarding processes and procedures.
Management Responsibilities course (220Kb)
A two day course that informs managers of their duties in relation to adult safeguarding.
Investigations course (197Kb)
A two day course that informs managers and professionals of their duties when investigating adult safeguarding concerns.
Domestic Abuse course (157Kb)
This two day course aims to give staff an in-depth and practical understanding of how to identify, understand and respond to service users (considered vulnerable adults) experiencing domestic violence.
Minute Taking for Adult Safeguarding Meetings (178Kb)
A one day course for staff from CCC, CCS & CPFT aimed at providing the skills and knowledge to carry out the role of minute taker at Adult Safeguarding meetings.
Supporting Individuals course (195Kb)
This two-day specialist skills course aims to increase the confidence and ability of practitioners working with individuals experiencing abuse or at risk of abuse.
Bespoke Training
This provision develops a bespoke training package in consultation with individual organisations which is then delivered by one of our specialist trainers.

Listed below are the training courses that we are running for service users, carers & volunteers and befrienders. All training is free of charge but it is expected that you will provide the venue.
