Training Competencies
Anyone who works with adults in our community has a role to play in safeguarding adults. Unfortunately, neglect and abuse can and does happen. We need to know how to respond and deal with reports of abuse, how to prevent it and ensure that you have the right skills and knowledge.
All multi-agency safeguarding adults training is available to Cambridgeshire local authorities, health services, police, fire service, independent and voluntary sectors.
The competency framework applies to staff in all partner agencies and should be used to identify which courses should be undertaken by staff.
