We provide services to looked after young people and to care leavers, including those seeking asylum.  Our Team is made up of a range of specialist staff including Personal Advisers, Social Workers and Supported Lodgings Workers.

We help prepare young people who will be leaving care for their futures by providing personal support plus guidance on:

• health issues, including sexual health
• benefits advice
