All these teams combine health and social care work into one service. They work closely with colleagues in housing departments and education so as to ensure a co-ordinated approach to people's care.
Requests for assessments or any other information connected with learning disability services should be directed to the Cambridgeshire Direct Contact Centre in the first instance. All calls are charged as local rate calls in Cambridgeshire.
