Are you worried about a child's welfare?

Answer:

If you are concerned for the safety or welfare of a child, please let us know. 

There are a number of ways of getting in touch:

  • email us;
  • if you would like to speak to someone to discuss your concerns - call our Contact Centre on 0845 045 5203 between 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday;
  • if you think it's an emergency,  and it's overnight or at the weekend, call our Emergency Duty Team on 01733 234724.

If it is to do with the child at school contact the Education Helpdesk on 01223 717970.
