    Addresses of Mental Health Field Care Teams

    Requests for information connected with Mental Health services should be directed to one of the three specialist field-care teams:

    Those needing to access Mental Health services should contact their family doctor in the first instance.  The teams listed here would normally be contacted after the initial assessment by the GP.

    These field-care teams employ workers from social care and from the health service.
