Travelling to Hospital - If your GP arranges  an appointment at an outpatients clinic for you or someone in your family, and you will have difficulty in getting to the hospital, either because of mobility - or because you cannot afford the bus or train fare, please mention it to the GP as soon as possible and they will be able to make arrangements for you to get to the hospital.
