The National Health Service offer a Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS). This is an on the spot service for people in hospital who:
- have questions about their care in hospital
- need someone to speak on their behalf
- wish to complain or pass on a compliment
- need advice and support on health, care or benefits issues
