If you want to arrange for nursing care yourself, you can get a list of Nursing Agencies from the Commission for Social Care Inspection.  Or you can search their database using the "Find a care home or service" link on their website at www.csci.org.uk

Some Nursing Agencies can arrange live-in carers who provide nursing care.  Such services are usually expensive.
