Workforce development and training

About us

The team offers quality-assured training and development opportunities for those working in adult health and social care services across Cambridgeshire.

What we do

We provide learning opportunities that meet statutory and mandatory training requirements, as stipulated by the Care Quality Commission and Cambridgeshire County Council. We also offer a range of learning which supports continued professional development of the workforce.

Our training is developed and delivered mainly by health and social care professionals who have a wealth of experience and know-how which they can share with you and your workforce.

The Workforce Development Strategy offers the foundation for an approach to workforce development which will help us realise the vision for adult social care and will contribute significantly to the delivery of improved services to the people of Cambridgeshire.  To view this document please see below.
