Ushka has recently gone through the transition from children’s to adults services. The Transitions Team helped plan her Self-Directed Support. This involves going to residential college at Plaxtole House, part of the College of West Anglia. Ushka loves to learn and her personal budget helps her develop the skills to be more independent.
