The passengers, who made over 20 million bus journeys in Cambridgeshire last year, are getting the chance to give their feedback on the bus services they use day in, day out.

Cambridgeshire County Council, which is bucking national trends by increasing the number of bus journeys, is launching an online survey for those who use the county’s buses to give their views on the services.

The survey allows the public to give their views on services, rating areas such as: cleanliness, reliability and driver attitude. The online review will also allow bus users to give their opinions on whether the buses meet their needs and suggest ways in which they feel the services could be improved.

All responses received will be compiled and used to develop the Council’s plans for the future.
