England's national concessionary travel passes
The concessionary bus pass entitles holders to travel free of charge on off-peak local bus services anywhere in England. Some authorities may offer additional benefits if their funding permits.
However, as a general rule, local authorities will only provide additional services for their own residents.
First time applications and eligibility
If you have already received a letter inviting you to reapply you can do so online.

If your pass is due to about to expire
If your pass is about to expire (you can tell by checking the expiry date on the front of your card) you can renew your pass either by
- using our online form or
- calling Cambridgeshire Direct on 0345 045 1367 and completing your application over the telephone.
