Terms & Conditions

General
These Terms & Conditions are applicable to the "Free Portraits” promotion (hereinafter referred to as the promotion). The promotion is organised by Cambridgeshire County Council (hereinafter referred to as the promoter) in partnership with Costa Coffee, Dumbleton Photography and Peterborough City Council. The promotion will run from Monday 08 September to Sunday 30 November 2008 inclusive. Bus tickets and Costa Coffee receipts must be received by Monday 08 December 2008 in order to receive a voucher. The promotion is open to anybody that meets the criteria. Questions concerning the promotion can be submitted exclusively by e-mail to: passenger.transport@cambridgeshire.gov.uk; The promoter reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions of the scheme at any time. 

Bus tickets 
Bus tickets from all bus operators running a bus service in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough can be used for this promotion. Bus tickets that are valid for multiple journeys, for example Megarider, MultiBus or 10-journey ticket are only counted as one bus ticket. Concessionary fares and National Express bus tickets can not be used for this promotion. Only bus tickets that have been purchased between Monday 08 September and Sunday 30 November 2008 are valid for the promotion. The three collected bus tickets can not have the same dates. Photocopied, scanned, damaged or illegible bus tickets will not be accepted.

Costa Coffee 
The three collected receipts from Costa Coffee can not have the same dates. Only Costa Coffee receipts that have been issued between Monday 08 September and Sunday 30 November 2008 can be used for this promotion. Photocopied, scanned, damaged or illegible receipts will not be accepted.

Dumbleton Photography 
The voucher is valid for a FREE hourly session in the studio and FREE framed image. The size is 7” x 5”. The voucher is valid until Monday 01 June 2009. The voucher can only be used once. Two vouchers can not be used at the same time. One promotional photo shoot per household per year. A refundable deposit of £25.00 is due at the time of booking. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher and is not redeemable for cash or any other goods and may only be used as described. Photocopied, scanned, damaged or illegible vouchers will not be accepted. The voucher is not transferable. The promoter will not be responsible for any failure by Dumbleton to make the voucher available or for any other claims, which arise from the voucher.
