Apply, replace or renew a Blue Badge

If you are a permanent resident of Cambridgeshire, you can apply for a Blue Badge by:

  • Calling 0345 045 5204 and we will take you through the application by phone, we are open 8.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am – 1.00pm on Saturday 
  • Alternatively you can apply online via DirectGov

Renew my Blue Badge

If you are a permanent resident of Cambridgeshire and already hold a Blue Badge issued by Cambridgeshire County Council, you will receive a renewal letter approximately 6 weeks before the badge is due to expire.

If for any reason you have not received a renewal letter and you wish to renew your Blue Badge, please call us on 0345 045 5204. We are open 8.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am – 1.00pm on Saturday.

Replace my lost/stolen Blue Badge

If your Blue Badge is lost or stolen, contact the Police and obtain an incident ID number. You will need this number before a replacement can be issued, once you are in receipt of an incident number please call us on 0345 045 5204. We are open 8.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am – 1.00pm on Saturday.

Report the misuse of a Blue Badge

If possible, you should get as many details as possible from the badge on display (name, badge number, expiry date etc). Then simply complete our online form, your details will be held in strict confidence. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action if the badge can be shown to be being misused.
