For the purposes of the scheme, a resident is classed as a person who lives on a street with designated residents' parking spaces. Please note certain properties may not be eligible for residents' parking permits because they have been modified after the residents' parking scheme was introduced.

How to obtain a parking permit
If you are a resident who is the owner or approved keeper of a vehicle you may apply to the Council for the issue of a resident’s permit in respect of that vehicle. You may also apply to the Council for the issue of a permit or permits for your visitors' vehicles.
The application forms for both types of permit can be downloaded using the documents below or obtained in person, by visiting Cambridgeshire Parking Services at the Library.
