If you see anyone parking where they shouldn't (in contravention of parking regulations such as parked on yellow lines, in pay and display bays, in resident only bays or other permit bays without a permit) you can call us using the contacts to the right and we will send a Civil Enforcement Officer as soon as we can within office hours.
There are some parking contraventions that we, as Civil Parking Enforcement, cannot enforce. These are some of the more serious offences where penalty points can be given to drivers. These include obstruction where there are no yellow lines, parking on zig zags by schools, buslanes and cycle lanes. Under the current Traffic Regulation Orders in Cambridge, all of these can only be enforced by the police.
