Q. How do I replace a lost bus pass?

You need to contact Education Transport as soon as possible. To apply for a replacement pass telephone 0845 045 5208.

You will be charged £7.50 for a replacement pass

Q. How do I replace a stolen bus pass?

You need to contact Education Transport as soon as possible. To apply for a replacement pass telephone 0845 045 5208.

The £7.50 lost pass charge will only be waived if the incident has been reported to the police and a valid incident report number can be produced.

If you have not obtained this number then you will have to pay the £7.50 replacement charge.

Q. How do I replace a damaged bus pass?

You must return the pass to:

Education Transport Team
Box ET1015
Castle Court
Shire Hall
Cambridge
CB3 0AP

The Educations Transport team will the reissue the pass.

Q. My child's bus driver has taken my child's damaged pass, how do I get a replacement?

The bus company will send your child's bus pass to the Education Transport team who will then replace the pass free of charge.

Important whether your child's bus pass is lost, stolen or damaged please note the following all apply

• During busy periods it could take five to 10 days for a replacement pass to be issued and sent on to you.

• The school/college will issue a temporary bus pass for use in the interim period if the student travels on a contract bus. Temporary passes are not available for use on public service buses.
