What you can expect from Park & Ride
• Park & Ride buses running on a regular schedule according to the advertised timetable.
• Timetables that are easy to understand; and readily available at Park & Ride sites and on the Park & Ride buses.
• Waiting areas, parking sites and buses that are clean, comfortable and safe.
• Staff who are helpful and courteous at all times.
• Car parking facilities for people with disabilities at all sites; and easy access to Park & Ride buses wherever possible.
• Low fares with special deals for some groups of passengers.
• Investment and growth with a commitment to new and improved services.
• Information about Park & Ride services, standards and how well we are doing.
This information will be displayed at the Park and Ride sites and on the buses.
We want to hear from you
We endeavour to provide you with a quality service. In the event that you are not satisfied the Park & Ride co-ordinators and drivers will make every effort to solve the problem when it occurs. Should you not be completely satisfied with this then we also have How to Comment leaflets, which are available on all buses and at Park & Ride sites or can be downloaded from the righthand side. • comments on how well we are providing the service
• observations about existing services, we want to put things right when they go wrong
If we cannot resolve your query immediately, we will respond within 10 working days. Should the process take longer, we will keep you regularly informed of progress.
