Opening times for parking services at the Central Library are Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Fridays 9am to 4.30pm.
On Christmas Eve the Library and Parking Services will close at 1.00 pm and on New Year's Eve they will close at 4.00pm. Parking Services and the Library are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's day.
