It is proposed that the measures, including the streetscape improvements, would be implemented to coincide with the completion of the Grand Arcade and Bradwell's Court retail development. A list of key dates is below:

• Consultation on detailed Streetscape proposals - February / March 2006.
• Provide layover facilities in Park Terrace and Victoria Avenue - Spring 2006.
• Install motorcycle parking in Park Terrace - Summer 2006.
• 20mph - Autumn 2006
• Quality Bus Partnership signed and agreed - Spring 2007.
• Relocate long distance buses to Parkside - Spring 2007.
• Further report on St Andrew's Street / Hobson Street area - April 2007.
• Remove bus stops on north side of Emmanuel Street and make related changes to bus services / routes - Ongoing from Summer 2007.
• Move Drummer Street taxi rank - Summer / Autumn 2007.
• Closure point in Regent Street becomes operational - Summer 2007.
• Streetscape improvements in Emmanuel Street / Drummer Street / St Andrew's Street - Ongoing from Summer 2007.
• Further reports on Tennis Court Road and Downing Street - April 2008.
