What can be reported online?
Problems that can be reported online include potholes, trees issues, signal faults, damaged signs, and bridge damage. Rights of way issues can be reported too, such as a damaged stile or an overgrown path.

What cannot be reported online?
Some highways problems may occur out of hours or represent a danger to the public. These include:
- All lights out on traffic signals
- Red light out on traffic signals
- Road traffic collisions
- Spillage or tree on the highway

Who do I contact for other problems?
The County Council is responsible for all public roads in Cambridgeshire except the M11, A1(M), A1, A11, A14, A47 and A428. To report problems on these roads, please contact the Highways Agency.
