As well as work in the classroom, SRTS can be promoted through assemblies, school events, induction days and parents’ afternoons and evenings.
SRTS has developed a range of resources tailored to each stage of the curriculum. SRTS also run a diverse year round education programme for schools taking part in the project. In recent years schools have enjoyed a wide range of supporting activities. These include special events for National Science and Engineering Week, Walk to School events in May and October, as well as tailor made sessions presented by the SRTS team.
