Business Continuity Management (BCM) is about understanding the key services and functions that the organisation or company provides and planning ahead to reduce or limit the impact of a business disruption in order to maintain an acceptable level of service delivery.
Cambridgeshire County Council conducts internal business continuity planning. We also offer advice and assistance to local businesses and voluntary organisations in order to promote community resilience.
