Training and Mosaic Familiarisation Sessions

Dear Change Champions, Business Support Supers and Unit Co-ordinators. Thank you to those of you who are have completed the Mosaic eLearning and booked on to one of the ’hands-on’ sessions for Change Champions and Super Users.  I would urge you all to take advantage of this opportunity as you will be the ‘go-to’ person for help and support with Mosaic within your team. There are also a number of Mosaic Familiarisation Sessions on offer for all staff to have a ‘first look’ at Mosaic.  Please urge members of your team to book on to a session. You should also all have access to the Mosaic Test environment (for Children’s) and Mosaic ‘Sandpit’ environment for Adults.  Please take the opportunity to have a look at the system.

Readiness Assessment

I will be inviting all Change Champions to a Skype session this week to introduce the Readiness Assessment.  This is self-assessment document we will be issuing to all teams periodically prior to Go Live to make sure the business is ready for Mosaic.  As Change Champions we would like you to support your Team Managers with completing this assessment and ensure it is returned to the Mosaic Project Team by the due date.  I will also send out instructions in case any of you can’t make the Skype meeting.

Mosaic Support Network - what is it

Subject Matter Expert

A Subject Matter Expert provides the link between the business and the Mosaic programme team.  They ensure the system meets the needs of the business and any changes to business process and organisation structures are reflected in the build. To find your Subject Matter Expert click here.

Change Champion

A Change Champion is a member of staff who supports their colleagues and the programme to deliver change. They help communicate the key messages from the programme team and identify areas where additional support may be needed.  They act as the local point of contact for referring questions or concerns to the programme team. Business Support Super User

A Business Support Super User is a colleague with a detailed knowledge of Mosaic system.  They will be able to help you with most of your queries regarding the use of Mosaic. To find your Super User click here.
