Requesting information for somebody else

If you have the authority to represent another person you can submit a request on their behalf for their information.

Generally a person with parental responsibility can submit a request on behalf of the child if they are 12 years old or younger. When a child is over 12 years old they are normally considered to be old enough to make a request themselves.

If you wish to make such a request please complete and return the Access to information on behalf of somebody else form (with photocopies of identification documents as listed on the form).
