Drolma Buddhist Centre

From: Thu; 23 September 2021To: Thu; 4 November 2021

Everyone wants to be happy. This wish is universal. But do we know where happiness comes from? Do we know how to create it, how to share it and how to prevent it from deteriorating? These teachings and meditations deepen our understanding of happiness and how to put it into practise. Happiness won’t just happen- like anything else in life we have to work for it - we have to choose happiness.

With Resident Teacher and Buddhist nun Kelsang Malaya. Everyone is welcome and no experience is needed

  • Cost: £7 (concessions available)
  • Age range: 18 - 99

Drolma Centre is an old building and unfortunately has limited access for disabled people. There is a concrete path to the door and a ramp can be put in place to enable access for people in wheelchairs. We can accommodate wheelchairs in the meditation room and lounge. The toilet is downstairs with grab rails and has forward access for a manual wheelchair. Please contact us to discuss your needs and we will do our very best to help. Please note we are closed at the moment due to COVID-19 and all classes are accessed online.
