With 17 years’ experience as a health scientist at the University of Cambridge (under my maiden name Dr Kirsten Corder), I have helped over 2000 children and adults to improve their diet, get active and lose weight in the UK and USA. As a scientific expert in health promotion, I have written more than 75 research papers and have appeared on TV and radio talking about health behaviour. More importantly, the advice I provide is sensible and sensitive; as well as being a working Mum, I was an overweight child. I have spent my adult life promoting safe weight loss so that I can help Mums and children lose weight safely.

What we offer
Postnatal weight loss and coaching: I help Mums lose baby weight safely with programmes tailored for time post-partum. Postnatal programmes also focus on getting to know yourself as a Mum. I also help new Mums get used to all of the new challenges of motherhood.
Weight Loss for Mums: I work with Mums who often have had life-long battles with their weight. I help them finally find and tackle the real reasons for their weight gain so they can lose weight for good. The causes of your weight gain are probably not what you think!
Child Weight Loss: I also teach parents to help their child lose weight easily, safely and without strict diets. You can save your child from a lifetime of yoyo dieting. What you do to help your child now, benefits them for their whole life.
We guide people through 6-week one-to-one programmes (consultations are currently online).
We start with an in-depth health behaviour assessment so we can co-create a health plan just for you.
Weekly consultations support you to make healthy changes and smash any roadblocks in your way.
We teach you the knowledge and skills you need to lose weight without weight-loss clubs, camps or clinics.
This means weight loss is safe, stress-free and without strict diets.
We teach you how to make sure these changes last by helping you transform your mindset.

While we specialise in working with Mums, we help anyone over the age of 18y who would like to lose weight or improve their health or wellbeing.

Due to the current Covid-19 situation, consultations are via phone or video call. Normally, we offer consultations at our centre in Milton, Cambridge or at your home (distance dependent).

Free off road parking is available at our centre in Milton. Our consultation room is on the ground floor but there is one step into the building. Toilet facilities and refreshments are available. Consultations are also available via phone and video call or at your home. Due to COVID restrictions consultations are currently conducted via phone or video call.
