Gentle Movements

Gentle Movements are subtle and flowing exercises drawn on a range of movement practices including Qigong, Feldenkrais, yoga and dance. We do these soothing exercises lying down, seated and standing.

If you experience aches and pains or lead a stressful life, Gentle Movements may help you move a little more easily, invigorate you and invite you to listen to your body, with a sense of joy and stillness.

Opening time notes

- Weekly online group sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays 11.30am - 12.30pm. - One-to-one sessions either online or face-to-face, at a time to suit you. - Occasionally there are Saturday sessions. Please contact me if you have any questions.

Everyone who would like to feel calmer and less stiff would be very welcome to join the Gentle Movements group sessions. If you want to build muscles, break into a sweat or lose weight these are not the right sessions for you.

The one-to-one sessions are especially beneficial for people who:
- are recovering from an operations or injuries
- experience aches and pains
- have limited mobility

  • Cost: Groups sessions cost £5 - 10, with a free trial session. One-to-one sessions cost £35 for one hour.
  • Age range: 18 - 99+
