• 65 inch TV on a movable stand with HDMI connectivity for laptops
• Flipchart, paper and pens - £2 charge per hire
• Rates: commercial £22.50 per hour, council partner £12.50 per hour, community use £7.50 per hour

Meeting rooms 1 and 2 combined

• Suitable for up to 48 people
• Size of room: 11m x 8m
• 10 tables
• Chairs
• 65 inch TV on a movable stand with HDMI connectivity for laptops
• Flipchart, pens and paper - £2 charge per hire
• Rates: commercial £26.00 per hour, council partner £14.75 per hour, community £8.50 per hour

Kitchen

• For use with meeting room 1 and 2 only
• Hydroboil (wall mounted water heater)
• Dishwasher
• Mugs, cups saucers, plates, cutlery, glass jugs, glasses, children’s beakers and plastic jugs

Interview Room 1

Interview Room 2

Exhibition Space

• A large open space at the centre of the library on the ground floor.
• Our exhibition space is ideally placed to promote your services or organisation to everyone who visits the library.
• The space can be configured flexibly to include table standing display boards and furniture to suit your requirements.
• Rates: commercial £60.00 per week, council partner £47.50 per week, community use £35.00 per week.  Daily hire can be requested and considered.

Huntingdon Library can accept cash or card payments. We can also send you an invoice but there may be a surcharge for invoices under £50.
