PosAbility
Live, real time, interactive chair-based exercise classes on Zoom. Keep moving and connect with others to keep motivated! Qualified Instructors experienced in supporting Stroke Survivors and people living with neurological conditions such as Parkinson's, MS, Muscular Dystrophy and MND. Wheelchair users and anyone with reduced mobility welcome.
Zoom is easy to use. Our simple, achievable exercises can help improve balance and alleviate pain and fatigue. Each session lasts an hour and may include standing exercises according to ability. Our social sessions are popular, they provide company, allow us to talk together and make the day more enjoyable!
Our Exercise and Social sessions are free of charge until the end of March 2021, but we suggest if you can donate £20 per month towards our costs, we would appreciate your support.
